A little about me...

*Note-PROFILE UPDATED 6/2/2013 WITH NEW PHOTOS AND TEXT.---Relatively new to Kansas City. Professional, registered respiratory therapist for the Veterans Medical Center here in KCMO. I'm passionate,funny and intelligent. I'm a conversationalist, love to laugh, play but serious by nature. Never met a stranger and I believe in helping others,sharing what I have. I'm faithful, have a strong faith but not overly religious. I like athletics, sports,hiking,biking,swimming and more. I like to play dominoes, socialize, talk and get to know others. I'm just your next door guy that's striving to be the best that I can be each day.

About the one I'm looking for...

A woman with heart, understanding and willing to compromise when need be. She must be passionate about love and ready to accept it. Be able to laugh at herself, stay positive and strong. She must be willing to let me be her strength when she is weak and she my strength when I am weak. I want a woman that can and will see me for the man that I am, accept me as I am. I value friendship, togetherness but also alone time to assess myself daily. Fitness both mentally and spiritually is very important to me, they both help shape who I am. Maybe it's the fireman (ten years) and the soldier (22 years) in me that keeps me going, have that "can do" attitude. I'm not willing to give up on finding that someone special, not just yet. I hope she's here, ready to explore all of the wonderful possibilities that lie before us. I'd just like to add...

I've been told in the past that I'm a pretty nice guy and I have to agree. I like to laugh, joke, talk about different subjects. I'm interested in sports (Go Blue!-University of Michigan football, Philadelphia Eagles, New York Knicks), athletics, staying fit (I'm 5'9" tall, 191 lbs on a muscular,fit frame), hiking, biking, museums movies, reading, sports bars, socializing, travel, music, going for weekend trips to explore new, different places. I've never been to a play but I'm very interested in attending one. I'm spiritual, have a strong faith in God but I'm not religious per se. I guess I'm suppose to write about anything important to me here---naps are very important to me! Oh and positivity, got to keep a great attitude! The ability to have faith in my fellow man and be able to forgive is also very important to me. I'm not into clubs, the "sweaty butt" kind where you come out smelling of smoke, etc. Other than that you name it, I'm there!
