A little about me...

Working on quitting smoking(it's a process!) and I'm an avid reader,highly intelligent, well-read, bred, dressed, spoken and traveled(military veteran), a sports afficionado...VERY humorous, affectionate, attentive, loyal to a fault, a good listener and communicator, chivalrous(yes, I open doors, present flowers and little gifts for no reason, draw the bubble bath, etc.)...just to mention a few attributes. I like dining out, dancing/going to clubs occasionally, going to the movies, comedy shows, and stage plays, but am equally comfortable relaxing and cuddled up at home with that special lady. I must also confess, even though I'm a slender fellow, I LOVE to eat! YOUR cooking skill is a definite plus, and I enjoy "puttering around" in the kitchen, too. I especially like learning and assisting in the making/preparation of meals.

I LOVE Old School music..Funk, R&B, Dance/Club, Jazz, New Wave,Classic Rock, etc. I was a club DJ for over 35 years and have performed and entertained crowds worldwide.

Sports

An avid sports afficionado, I've played and follow many sports. My favorite sport is football, followed by boxing, basketball, baseball, and ice hockey. I'm knowledgeable about these and many other sports and am also a bit of a sports history and trivia buff.

Travel

Thanks to my having served in 3 branches of the military, I've traveled the world. I like learning about other cultures,history, arts, and cuisine, and was once somewhat conversant in multiple foreign languages.
