A little about me...

Hi
I am a real old school black male and somewhat shy at first, until I get to know who I am really dealing with. I love going to the movies, comedy clubs, jazz concerts and Afroamericancentric plays (Tyler Perry types). I can play Bid Whist all day and have on several occasions. I also love Latin Salsa (the dancing, not the relish). I have been teaching the developmentally disabled for over 20 years now and working with them has taught me to be a more caring and sensitive individual. I also enjoy cooking for that special person. I hope it's you.

About the one I'm looking for...

I am looking for a truthful, honest and caring women. No drama, manipulations or carry-on baggage, please. I have seen and personally witnessed what destruction some women can bring to a real developing relationship. So thanks, but no thank you in advance. I also have a problem with ladies who won't post their pictures. I rarely get involved blindly. I shop around for the best car for me, the best residence. Why would I or should I invest my precious time in a person (who is worth much more and infinitely more important) sight unseen. All relationships are short term until you are willing to put in the effort toward making them long term. It's just like excercising to make the body better. The more you put in, the more you get the desired results. I am willimg and able.

I'd just like to add...

It's not rocket science. The formula seems to be: communication + mutual understanding + mutual respect + compromise + intimacy = Relationship Happiness. It wasn't my idea. Give God the Praise!!!
