A little about me...
I am a very positive person who enjoys life. I just retired my job as a Dean this year, and hope to visit friends all over the country. My community organizations (Spfld. Girl Friends, Links, AKA Sorority, and church ministry) keep me busy with many meetings locally and occasionally throughout the country.

I am just as happy sitting at home cooking or listening to music or reading as I am with getting away for a weekend visit (i.e. visiting my relatives in NJ), attending plays/sports events or attending dinner dances. I enjoy my granddaughter who lives nearby as do my grown sons. I exercise at the YMCA or wherever, and enjoy eating (at home or dining out). I am a very secure person and work hard to maintain my peaceful, uncomplicated, lively lifestyle. I enjoy my friends but I am looking for that special man for companionship. I would be interested in meeting a secure man who loves himself and takes care of himself, one who wouldn't mind being spoiled by me and would offer the same attention to me. I love to laugh, and am quite sensible.

About the one I'm looking for...
Well, I like being with a confident, secure, respectful man. Sharing experiences from our early lives as co-eds in college to how we can improve our communities by using our resources to help others is important to me. I also want someone to travel with or snuggle at home watching a video, sport event, or T.V. special. An interesting intelligent man with integrity, good character and respect is attractive to me. I can follow rather than lead the activities but I am a good planner of good times. I'm asking a lot but I give a lot. I am a loyal friend.

I'd just like to add...
I am very cautious and move slowly with new relationships. I need to thoroughly understand the man with whom I'm considering spending time. I will probably skip by a man who doesn't state former or current job or has no picture.
