person..I get along with just about anyone.I love to travel when possible and I like all outdoor activities....I love God (Jesus) if you will, and He has showed his unconditional love to me over the years.I love r&b , jazz concerts travel, fitness, camping, , , etc... .Its hard to put the things that one desires into a few paragraphs so maybe we will get to talk sometime......

I am very secure with myself and who I am as a person. I bring no drama to any relationship that I may be in. What I do bring is comfort, confidence, affection, security, passion, excitement, gentleness, firmness, and a good ear.

I grew up as an "Army brat", which means I'm comfortable in a variety of settings. I work very hard (and love even harder). I'm very busy, therefore I value my free time and prefer to spend it enjoying myself (that definition varies). I strive to be a good friend because that's what I seek. I look forward to hearing from you.

I have a contemplative and inquisitive type personality. I like to travel and look forward to one or two trips each year. I like to think that I have common sense and am open to new ideas and insights. I would like to find a partner with similar traits and aspirations.

I'm very comfortable in my own skin. I'm super easy to get along with. I can function in any environment and in any situation. I have learned that's it's ok to be by yourself for a little. Some of you know why I said that .I am open to ALL races, my parents did not raise me to be discriminatory. I consider myself shy upon initial contact, but very personable after that. It won't take me long to start laughing it up...I do love to laugh! I am not a committment-phobe. I do still like it pressure-free. If I like you enough, it will be just you. Many men get on here and tell you they are drama free. I assure you, there is no drama here. The most is trying to decide on what to wear when I get out.

I have a great career which I've spent a long time in. Working on a second one too. I like to go to sports events, plays, movies, and whatever else is going on. I can listen to anything but Tejano and Bluegrass (I've tried). Mostly It's reggae, hiphop, and R&B. I am well-traveled. I have been all over the world; now, I'm looking to explore the far east. My friends would describe me as someone who will do whatever he can to help people, someone that can be relied on, and someone that knows how to listen.

I am a teacher in a urban school district. I have completed my bachelors, and a masters degree in english, and I also have a masters in supervision and administration. Education means a lot to me. In the state of the country we live in jobs are not there for younger African-Americans so I choose to be a advocate for some sort of post-secondary education, especially for African-American males.

I am classified as a "people" person because I like meeting new people. I also believe that I am a great person to be around because I love to laugh (don't like dark clouds over my head). Pretty much laid back, fun loving, understanding, sometimes spontaneous, has old fashioned morals and values and has no drama hovering over my head.

Just trying a new venue to meet friends, networking is the name of the game.
