Please tell me this part was easier for you than it has been for me! It's not that I don't have anything to say, but trying to figure out just the right thing, in the hopes that just the right person will read it at precisely the right time...well, that seems a little bit intimidating.

That probably sounds odd coming from me, a seasoned military guy who spends his days as an Air Force Cop. I'm used to seeing beyond absolutes, having grown up in a multicultural family in a handful of places around the world. Through it all my constants have been family and faith; both sustain me and make me who I am.

I believe that communication is the building block that every successful relationship must be built upon. Always being able to talk, sharing what we need and how we feel is essential if we're going to work, but I think it's also important to share common beliefs and interests.

I am most attracted to a great smile and even better attitude, but I'd also like to be with someone who laughs often. Being easy going and knowing when to cut loose and enjoy life are definitely qualities that I see in a partner.

Like a lot of people, I'm an on-line dating virgin. I'm just typing as I think of things, so forgive me if this goes all over the place. I work a lot, particularly during the summer, so when I'm not working I'm down to do a whole bunch of nothin', or a whole bunch of somethin'. Take your pick. Recently I thought, "I'd probably work less, if I had something better to do. Thus here I am. I play on a football team (only on Sunday’s) for about 2-3 months a year. I looove watching football, but it's the only sport I routinely plan to watch, I promise. I can miss a basketball game. There are over 70 games anyway. I love to snowboard, lift weights, and just sweat in general. I've coached a few children's sports teams, and I really enjoy working with kids. I can relate to them, and I respect what it's like to be a kid these days.

I'm trying to fill my passport, so I'm down for traveling. I have to leave the country (voluntarily) once a year. I really enjoy road trips (with the right person/people). Keeping up with my house drains the life/time/money out of me! A lot of times, people will meet me, make their mental assumptions, speak with me for awhile, and go "oh wow, he's nothing like I thought." In my line of work,
