Honesty. We are all adults and the truth will eventually expose itself. So if you start out with lies then it will only create a void that is not necessary. Be yourself, and allow what we all consider the meet and greet sydrome where you send your representative to tell me everything you think I want to hear. It is imperative that he has something to call his own, home/apt, etc. It would be nice for him to take an initiative at times and be spontaneous. Dont bring drama into this friendship. We all have baggage in some way, but if I can avoid the drama behind it, then we are going places.
