A little about me...
I will not respond to profiles without pictures. And I won't ask you to see one...and "flirts" are lame. I'm a recent transplant to the DC Metro area. I am a communications professional and graduate student. As the clichés go, I am: down to earth, enjoy long conversations and social activities like plays, dinner and drinks. I grew up in the South, and therefore appreciate that typical hospitable, kind nature you find in southern men. But, I am also attracted to that progressive mind set of men on the Eastern seaboard.
Most others would describe me as straightforward, assertive, a little sassy, lively and witty.

I am most compatible with clever, spiritual, intelligent, assertive, chivalrous and handsome men. I believe a whole person is one who nurtures his mind, body and soul. I am looking for someone who complements me and my accomplishments-and I want to offer the same to him.
It is important to me that my outside match my inside, and the partner I choose will share the same value. I pay special attention to being aesthetically pleasing because while I recognize that it makes me feel good when I look good, I also am aware that men are visual creatures, and I know that it is important to be visually stimulating. I enjoy nights out with friends for drinks. I extremely social, and a man who enjoys dating (only dating--no "swinging business") with other likeminded couples, is preferable. I have no pets, and frankly, am not really an "animal" person. I worship regularly and consider myself spiritual. Family is important to me, and one day I want to start one with a man with parallel goals--after we marry. Oh, and I prefer men above 5'10.
