A little about me...
I paid attention to my kindergarten teacher and learned from her how to treat others well and have kept that up all of my life. I am eclectic in thought, interests, pursuits. Abstract, whimsical, radical, sensuous, humorous/witty are the words that describe me. I am just as comfortable baiting a worm on a tackle line as I am going to dinner at the White House. I love exploring new things. If you are not intelligent, my interests won't be held long. Loyal to a fault..to God first, me second, and then my prince... or should that be King? What are you looking for in a partner?
I am looking for an assertive, non-fragile ego man, the good guy who some other woman let get away. Good moral character and integrity should be ingrained in his heart and soul. A love of the ocean, galleries, plays, sports, good food (my cooking) is required as is a huge dose of humor. Quick wit would be nice, but not mandatory. When he smiles, I want to see his soul emerge. He should be a man who has a soft spot in his heart for the underdog. Too deep? Oh, well. I'd just like to add...
Wow, it's my one-week anniversary with BPM. This has been quite an experience. I applaud those who took time to write heartfelt sentiments. They're appreciated. I'd like to share something. I appreciate a good body just like the next girl, but c'mon, fellas, how many pics of winking pecs and bulging biceps do you want us to endure? We get it, honestly! You're an Adonis. The same goes for the pics of your car. I appreciate you draining your bottle of Turtle Wax shining up the car; but I gotta tell you 63 pics of your washboard abs and drop-top sports car is..well, nauseating. I thought my profile was strong. I am double-minded, meaning I USE both the left and right side of my brain. To answer a few inquiries, my height is what it is. I will not grow. For all intent and black male purposes, I don't have much "junk in the trunk"! I am not an elitist. I am a realist. I know that none of the above is the cornerstone of a solid, satisfying relationship. So keep it moving. I won't say you're not in my league, but I will say as a starter I can only be an acquaintance of those who are "riding the pine"! I am a major leaguer hoping to find someone of the same ilk.
