I consider myself a soulful, cultured and well-rounded individual. The Lord is my rock, my foundation. I pride myself on compassion towards others and selflessness, and putting my heart and soul into everything that I do.

Folks tell me that I've got that "Kansas City" mentality. Well, to me that means that I'm friendly to everybody, honest, respectful, appreciative and goofy. My values are old-fashioned, and I always do my best to treat people right. Put in good things, and good things will come back to you... Most of the time. Not all of the time, most of the time.

Health and fitness are also important to me. I ran track as a sprinter at UMKC, and continue to workout most days of the week, even with my intense school schedule. Most days I only have time to go for a run or do some ab work. In working out I try to avoid that "chicken leg" effect, where guys get that buff upper body, but skinny chicken legs, lol. And yes, I do laugh at my jokes sometimes. Have to love yourself before you can love anybody else, right?
